Pureed Garlic / Garlic Paste

For an excellent spread, addition to soups or stews as a flavor boost, or as a way to preserve a bumper crop of garlic we love how simple this method is!

Place at least 2 heads of garlic (separated into cloves and cloves peeled) into a food processor or blender. Once minced, drizzle in olive oil with motor running and add any spices you wish!
