Black garlic is a processed food as it undergoes a transformation after it’s harvested. We here at Ribbon Road Farm are committed to the safest protocols and best practices possible and are certified to produce the highest-quality, premium, organic products for you and your loved ones.
We have employed the most stringent food safety methods and standards required in the USA. Our farm uses only spring-fed water, no chemicals or non-organic approved nutrients are used on our soil or plants, and this approach is not only strictly adhered too, but is a strong core belief of our family.
Ribbon Road Farm is audited twice yearly by USDA (Ag & Markets) to verify our food safety processes to grow, harvest, store, pack and transport our garlic products and we’re so lucky to be able to do so for you!
Furthermore, we are certified Organic by NOFA-NY LLC, and are also harmonized GAP certified. In addition we are NYS 20-C license approved to meet the required food and safety standards for our kitchen and the production of our black garlic.
