Sauteed Scapes

Snap Scapes into bite sized pieces
Place a saute pan on medium high heat
Add olive oil and allow for it to get hot (10-15 sec)
Saute’ until al dente’; saute’ means to jump around, so do not over-cook!.
Depending on heat they may be done in as little as 30 sec.
Serve as a side or main dish. Tastes like roasted Garlic with a spring flavor.
